Flat tire

Jerry took care of me! The techs were backed up for days, I had a flat tire,brought the bike in on tow truck. The girl at service told me they couldn't get to it till Tuesday ,it was Saturday my wife and I were sick about it! I talked to jerry he told me how busy they were but he would get my flat fixed. It took a few hours but we rode out of there and salvaged the weekend. Thanks JERRY!

500 MILE SERVICE

I had my 500 mile service performed on my 2016 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse on Friday September 2nd. The service was completed very quickly. I had another brand previously from another dealer who always took longer than expected so it was awesome to have the service completed so timely. Another plus is that the bike was cleaner than when I dropped it of. Great job! Thank you!

Oftentimes, in my experience, a sales rep will be friendly and helpful---until a few weeks after the sale. Subsequently when approached or called it's like, Do I know you..? Rob, on the other hand, is always approachable and attentive--ready to answer questions, explain a procedure or assist when requested. Rob is definitely an asset to Grand Prix Motorsports. I would also like to give a shout out to the parts team. Their excellent service skills involve a congenial, attentive, knowledgeable and professional outreach. Thanks to all!
